Warranty on all Chamilia products is valid for a period of two years after the delivery date. Kerry Lyn's Boutique (store) only services Chamilia product purchased from KerryLyns.com. Proof of purchase is required and will be looked up in the stores database based on order number.

Please Note: General wear and tear is not covered by the Chamilia Warranty Policy. This includes damage from using liquid silver polish on the product, wearing it in pools or hot tubs and normal fading on oxidized items.

Kerry Lyn's Boutique does not offer refunds on products that cannot be replaced, a store credit will be issued if the Chamilia product is no longer available and is deemed covered under warranty.
