The Small Carriage Ring Tote features lightweight side-by-side stitched seatbelt with silver Harveys monogrammed interior lining. It includes full top zip closure to secure your belongings, two knotted seatbelt handles that fit comfortably over the shoulder, custom Harveys embossed polished nickel O-ring hardware, four protective metal feet, and interior d-ring to clip a click-n-go keychain to easily find your keys.

What is covered under the Harvey's Seatbeltbag Warranty?Defective hardware and loose stitching such as: missing feet, broken buckles, faulty zippers, and loose stitching at base and around handles.
What is not covered under the Harvey's Seatbeltbag warranty?Defects or damage that result from: improper usage, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage to the surface of the product and contact with chemicals or other agents that could cause damage.
